What is it?

A downloadable booklet that young people, around aged 10-12, can fill in to help them feel good and help them to understand how to look after their feelings.

What young people say

Appropriate for 12 years and below. Good for professionals to do with groups of young people, people who don't have serious mental health issues and is just suitable for an activity to make individuals feel happier and better in themselves.
