About The Go-To

The initial set-up of The Go-To website was funded through NHS England, via NHS North Yorkshire Clinical Commissioning Group. North Yorkshire County Council also contributed financially to the development of the website and the ongoing maintenance of the website will be funded jointly by NHS North Yorkshire CCG and North Yorkshire County Council.

Working with young people

Young people in North Yorkshire have helped create and develop The Go-To every step of the way. Young people from North Yorkshire Young Minds Combined (a group made up of representatives from the City of York Youth Council, The North Yorkshire Youth Commission, Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust’s NHS Youth Forum, Tell Me That I Matter and The North Yorkshire Youth Voice Executive) have helped design the website. Young people have been involved in choosing the website name, design, images, reviewing content, reviewing layout and checking weblinks.

We are looking for more young people to be involved in the development of the website, including helping to create new content. If you are interested in getting involved, please visit The Go-To Champions page to learn more.

 

 

Working with parents and carers

Parents and carers in North Yorkshire have also helped review the website content. If you are a parent or carer and want to get more involved please get in touch by emailing us at [email protected]  we’d love to hear from you.

Working with professionals

The Go-To has been developed in partnership with North Yorkshire County Council.
